Autograph letter signed, dated : Prague, [1804?], to Bagnoli, [1804?].

Reporting on the success of his new opera Sargino, o L'allievo dell'amore, saying that after the performance he had the honor of appearing on stage "con universale applauso, e vi giuro che avendo io conosciuto quanto i Praghesi sono difficili ad applaudire altre musiche fuori quelle di Mozzart [sic], sono stato molto soddifisfato di aver l'onore medesimo che hanno reso a questo solo e bravo Maestro," mentioning the singer [Giuseppe] Siboni, Emperor Leopold [II], Prince Kinski [i.e. Kinsky?], etc.
